About our Poetry Slams
Borderlines: Euregion Poetry Slam is organized annually in various cities in the Meuse-Rhine Euregion. A poetry slam can be compared to a literary boxing match: poets and writers present their work in a number of rounds and the public, occasionally supported by a professional jury, votes the best slammers to the next rounds. Slammers have a chance to progress through Borderlines to national finals such as the Dutch Poetry Slam Championships.
